Next Monday will be a making/doing day, not a listening/talking/debating day. Don't wear fancy clothes: there will be dust and ink (not a lot, but a little).
Here's a link to a concrete video-poem I made a number of years ago: Homing. It's about my personal history of air travel. The bird sounds are all real! They were sourced from a wildlife archive at Cornell University. Birds can actually fly, but humans can't. I like the juxtaposition of the birds' hyper-nature with the airport codes' hyper-culture. I feel like they are in a kind of dialogue or debate or dispute.
